1. HR (recruitment, L&D, event)
Talent Acquisition
· Take charge of full cycle of recruitment.
· Take initiatives for attracting and retaining talents.
· Ensure the smooth onboarding and orientation process.
· Provides insightful reports and analysis of essential HR data to Leaders.
Learning & Development
· Take charge of developing and monitoring L&D budget.
· Conduct the TNA for analyzing, planning, designing training programs for all employees based on demands and in line with business objectives to enhance the quality of services of employees as well as to improve the performance efficiency.
· Implement the training program by coordinating with vendors.
· Perform as an internal trainer to provide Corporate Training & Induction.
Employee Engagement:
· Organize internal activities adapting from Ricoh Group and SDGs.
· Coordinate with Iso Team for reassessment or renewal.
· Develop and maintain diversified channels / platforms for HR interaction and ensure employees are aware of the company policies / initiatives / announcements / legal updates / sharing tips, etc.
2. Administration:
· Manage activities in reception area: welcome and guide visitors/guests/clients; handle all incoming calls appropriately; manage postage, hand-delivery in-coming and out-going courier effectively to ensure proper distribution.
· Ensure facility and office upkeep and maintenance and sufficient supplies to provide good working conditions and keep the office clean.
· Manage & arrange the meeting room, office car, taxi suitably, booking & control vendors’ service for travel, stationery, office tools & equipment, F&B, etc.
· Supplier management: Search/ negotiate/ and carry out the service contracts and handle arising issues, do payment, manage contract

Yêu cầu công việc

· Bachelor of English, administration or related fields
· At least 3 year working experience in the same position or HR position
· Preferred experience at multinational environment
· Good at English is the must (work directly with foreigners)
· Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint.. etc.)
· Ability to handle multi-tasks and work under high pressure
· Good communication skill, teamwork and good working manner
· Be diligent, responsible and careful
